Python Math: Exercise-87 with Solution
Write a Python program to cap a number within the inclusive range specified by the given boundary values x and y.
- If num falls within the range (a, b), return num.
- Otherwise, return the nearest number in the range.

print(clamp_number(2, 4, 7))
print(clamp_number(1, -1, -4))
print(clamp_number(22, -10, 10))

print(clamp_number(1, 10, 20))
